Cranial Therapy is a technique uses an extremely light touch to release restrictions in the cranial system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system. Our goal is to restore the natural rhythmic movement of the skull. Dysfunction of the cranial motion can be seen in different problems, sometimes even entrapping the cranial nerves as they exit the cranium such as trigeminal neuralgia, headaches, migraines, neck flexor weakness, allergies, earaches, loss of balance, tinnitus, dizziness and vertigo, and recurring upper cervical (neck) problems.
In applied kinesiology there are techniques used to locate these dysfunctions of the cranium (or cranial faults) to realign the structures and normalize or relax the muscles involved. These corrections utilize a soft gentle touch and are often incorporated with other spinal and muscle balancing corrections.
